Stelena Challenge. 1) The main reason why you love Stelena

I know a lot of people really disagree with the idea that Stefan and Elena are an ‘epic’ couple - what I don’t know, is why. In the first few episodes, they did appear to be a normal, teenage couple. But, as the season progressed, we saw that their love was so much more than that - the problems that they had to face and overcome were so much more complex than what a normal teenage couple would have to deal with, and I think people haven’t registered this fact. The fact that their love has survived the many many obstacles that are constantly being thrown at them. The fact that after 2 months of separation, after Klaus rips Stefan’s humanity from him, after Damon continuously pursuing Elena…. their love is stronger than ever before.

That is epic.
